We are coming to the end of the defects liability period. The centre is working well for the client. The Centre was officially opened by HRH The Princess Royal in November 2012.
Cats Protection Derby – Completion
We recently attended site for the 12 months defects liability to complete the contract. We are delighted to say that the defects list was incredibly minor. The contractor completed the work satisfactorily and competently. The client is happy with the project, which seems to be performing very well indeed....
