JSPCA – State-of-the-art
This state-of-the-art facility is now fully up and running. This new reception, veterinary and small animals centre. We are entering the 12 months defects liability period and the intricate ventilation and cooling system is coping well. The client is very pleased with the sustainable installations capitalising on the hot Jersey sun.
AHT – Hydrotherapy Unit
This small but state-of-the-art facility for hydrotherapy use is receiving constant demand of participants. The facility is four times bigger than their previous unit and has a treadmill, adding yet another facility to the Animal Health Trust’s veterinary hospital.
Current status at the JSPCA
The JSPCA project is located fairly central in the town of St. Helier in Jersey, Channel Isles. Agora have been appointed to design and oversee construction of a new 3-storey multipurpose building including a vet suite, cafe, offices, board rooms, display area, and small animal rooms / facilities. The building’s total floor area is 1166m2.

Samuel Ward Arts and Technical College Extensions
We are pleased to be working with Samuel Ward Arts and Technical College in Haverhill, in a direct school contract to provide a much needed expansion of facilities. The Barn Equine Surgery Works Underway
Work started on site on the 27th June for a 20 week contract to refurbish and extend existing facilities and associated stabling and landscaping works at The Barn Equine Surgery, Dorset.
Liphook Nears Completion
The Liphook Equine Hospital project in Hampshire, to provide new administration, examination, stabling and intensive care buildings, is nearing completion with a phased handover. The feature reception area, pictured, provides a focal point for the site, as well as much improved visitor facilities.
GSPCA Moving Forward
The GSPCA are looking to develop the facilities on its current site in Guernsey to include a new admin area, cattery and kennels. With planning permission achieved last year we are now looking forward to working with the client to progress further to tender documentation.
Improved Student Accommodation at The National Stud

Suffolk Schools; Renovations Complete
We are pleased to announce that our education project renovations in association with Suffolk County Council are now complete. Works were carried out at Little Sprouts Pre-School, Bramford Lane, Ipswich which underwent refurbishment and a complete re-fit, and an extension and re-fit at Happy Totts Pre-School, Landseer Road Methodist Church, Ipswich.
Cats Protection Adoption Centre Derby Complete
This project was successfully completed within programme and under budget. The scope of the project included refurbishment of the existing cat facilities to include a new reception building and a cattery annexe extension, increasing capacity by 15 cats, along with laundry rooms and food and prep areas, all whilst the client was still in occupation.
