Our client approached us with an ambition to establish a chain of veterinary facilities, centred around a fast-track delivery model which would allow new practices to become operational in a significantly reduced timeframe. The concept focused on identifying vacant commercial premises and converting them into fully functioning veterinary facilities as quickly and efficiently as possible, whilst still maintaining the practical and clinical standards required for modern veterinary practice.
Working closely with the client team, we first established a repeatable layout format and agreed a core specification for the various room types, equipment requirements and finishes.
One of the most notable examples was the Kettering practice, which was transformed from an empty steel frame shell into a fully operational veterinary facility in less than seven weeks
