Website Launch Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
To celebrate the launch of our new website, we are offering the following prizes:
- The 20th enquiry received through our website contact form will receive a free Architectural Layout Design Service with a value of up to £1,500 + VAT.
- The 50th enquiry received through our website contact form will receive a free Feasibility Study with a value of up to £5,000 + VAT.
The order of enquiries will be determined solely by the date and time they are received through our website.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway competition is open to independent veterinary professionals, independent veterinary practice owners and independently owned veterinary businesses operating within the United Kingdom.
- Entrants must be seeking architectural, refurbishment, extension, fit-out or development services for a genuine veterinary-related project.
- Only genuine project enquiries submitted through our website contact form (available at the bottom of this page or here) will qualify. To ensure entries are identified correctly, enquiries intended to be counted must include “2026 Giveaway” within the subject line.
- Duplicate, spam, speculative or non-project-related enquiries will not be counted towards the giveaway.
- We reserve the right to determine whether an enquiry is valid for the purposes of the giveaway.
3. Architectural Layout Prize
The Architectural Layout Design prize includes:
- Preparation of a proposed architectural layout based on the client’s brief.
- Up to three (3) rounds of design revisions/iterations.
- A service value of up to £1,500 + VAT.
The prize is intended to cover projects up to approximately 500m² in size. Where a project is significantly larger or more complex and would require additional design time, the £1,500 prize value will be deducted from our standard fee quotation for the work.
4. Feasibility Study Prize
The Feasibility Study prize includes:
- A feasibility study prepared in accordance with the scope outlined on our website (see here).
- Up to five (5) rounds of revisions/iterations.
- A service value of up to £5,000 + VAT.
The prize is intended to cover projects up to approximately 500m² in size. Where a project is significantly larger or more complex and would require additional design time, the £5,000 prize value will be deducted from our standard fee quotation for the work.
5. Information Required
To undertake either prize service, the following information will normally be required:
Existing Buildings
The client must provide existing floor plans of the building, preferably in:
- Revit or AutoCAD (.dwg) format; or
- PDF format.
Where plans are supplied in PDF format, any dimensions shown may need to be verified at a later stage and should not be relied upon as fully accurate for detailed design or construction purposes.
New Build Projects
For new-build projects, existing building plans will not be required. However, sufficient site information must be provided to enable the work to be undertaken.
6. Building Surveys
Where suitable existing plans are unavailable:
- We can offer to undertake a measured building survey for an additional fee; or
- We can obtain quotations from third-party survey providers on the client’s behalf.
The cost of any survey work is not included within the giveaway prizes.
7. Initial Meeting Requirement
Before commencing any prize work, we will require an initial consultation with the client to discuss the project brief.
Where reasonably practical, this meeting should take place on site so that we can inspect the building and gain a full understanding of the project requirements.
We offer a complimentary initial site consultation for projects throughout the United Kingdom. To keep this service free of charge, site visits may be scheduled to coincide with other appointments in the area.
Where a client requires an earlier visit, or where the project location necessitates a dedicated journey, we may request reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses. In such circumstances, no charge will be made for our time associated with the visit, only the agreed travel costs.
8. Design Development
The services provided under this giveaway competition are intended to explore design options and project feasibility.
While every effort will be made to meet the client’s requirements, the initial design proposal may not fully satisfy all project objectives. The included revision allowances outlined above are intended to refine the design following client feedback.
9. Prize Conditions
- The prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
- The prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Acceptance of a prize does not guarantee an immediate commencement date. Site visits and design work will be scheduled in accordance with our existing workload and availability.
- Any additional services beyond the scope of the prize will be subject to our standard fee proposals.
- Planning applications, Building Regulations submissions, surveys, specialist consultant fees, statutory fees and third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. General
- By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway at any time where necessary.
- Our decision regarding eligibility, prize allocation and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final.
