Phase 2 was completed in March 2013, on time and on budget. We wish to thank the main contactor (Pearce Construction), the M&E consultants (E3 Consulting Engineers) and the quantity surveyors (Gardiner & Theobald) for a smoothly running project.
Upon a recent visit to site, ahead of the official Opening Ceremony in June 2013, the centre looks incredibly well finished and full of dogs waiting for new homes.
