The JSPCA project is located fairly central in the town of St. Helier in Jersey, Channel Isles. Agora have been appointed to design and oversee construction of a new 3-storey multipurpose building including a vet suite, cafe, offices, board rooms, display area, and small animal rooms / facilities. The building’s total floor area is 1166m2. Also a new covered parking building incorporating dog runs was required, extensive external works and forming 3 new car parks. This was to replace their outdated facilities.
The steel frame is now erected, first and second floor decks and roof deck are in place, external cavity walls and internal walls under construction, windows/curtain walling are being installed, and first fix M&E is under way.
